I have the same problem with my Brother printer. I just press through all of the prompts and finally the red "X" button. Then I go ahead and print. I don't understand why this keeps happening.

By the way, we have discontinued the Forum and removed the buttons from the CC website. Can you tell me how you were able to send this query? I am puzzled. . .
