However, if Covid-19 restrictions prevent the technician from coming to your home, we may be able to offer assistance via remote access to your computer. - A technician will phone you to schedule the visit to your home or to discuss options about using the remote access service.

- House Calls may be requested only by active members living within Rossmoor (dues must be current).
